Neo- (prefix): Prefix meaning new, from the Greek "neos", new, young, fresh.

We are a construction and real estate consulting firm that is part of a new generation of qualified and business minded professionals recognizing the need for higher commitment and ethics in the procurement, planning and implementation of construction projects.

We cater to Real Estate Investors, Interior Designers and sophisticated Property Owners in need of reliable team players in the execution and achievement of their vision. We see challenges instead of problems and are solution oriented at all levels of the process.

Camila Osorio

Principal

Camila has been in the construction industry since an early age thanks to her family's contracting company. She received a B.S. in International Studies and International Business from the University of South Alabama, Mobile. Her notorious leadership and scholastic achievements opened the door for early management and sales positions with prestigious corporations such as Konica-Minolta and Siemens.

Her corporate experience and early achievements inspired her to embrace the entrepreneurship aspect of her professional development through construction. Camila holds a General Contractor and Roofing Contractor license in the state of Florida since 2006. She has extensive training in residential and commercial project management and execution and has complemented her skills with an MBA in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University
Camila is fluent in Spanish, English and French and is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute where she participates in different committees that contribute to her leadership abilities, involvement in the community and expansion of her vision.

To satisfy the reliability and project management needs of designers, architects and end users and to offer a refreshing service alternative infused with passion, planning, open communication and professionalism.

We complement our services with employees, trades and subcontractors that contribute wisdom, craftsmanship and human values into each of our projects. We also implement Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) green building techniques.

The use of the prefix neo in our name represents a commitment to a continuous renewal. Our obligation to the client is to fully implement the notion of order in our projects. We invest the right time and resources at the planning stage of any project in an effort to minimize change orders and delays. To guarantee success, we prepare clear and attainable scopes of work and dedicate the time necessary for construction bidding.

Since we understand that a lot of the challenges that translate into fragile relationships between construction firms and clients are 100% tied to miscommunication of expectations, we strive at interpreting the client's needs.
